1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to run the service, keep you signed in, and understand how Marquee is used.

2. Categories we use

• Strictly necessary: authentication, session and security cookies needed for the service to work. These cannot be switched off in our system.
• Preferences: remember choices such as your selected theme or plan interval.
• Analytics (where enabled): aggregated, privacy-respecting usage measurement to improve the product. Set only where permitted.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell data collected via cookies.

We do not use cookies to store what you create in the workspace. The event brief you input, your prompts and the generated output — run-of-show drafts, promo copy and brand assets — are processed to build your event pack and are never written into a cookie. Cookies do not carry your plan credits balance either; see the Privacy Policy for how workspace inputs and outputs are handled and retained.

3. Third parties

Some cookies are set by processors that help us run the service — for example our payment processor (Stripe) on checkout, and our hosting provider. Their cookies are governed by their own policies.

4. Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings and, where we show a consent choice, adjust non-essential cookies there. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the service from working.
