Content License
Ownership and licensing of inputs, uploads and generated output. Last updated 14 July 2026.
1. Your inputs and uploads
You keep all ownership of the briefs, text and files (such as logos, speaker images and reference styles) you provide. By uploading, you grant CONFERENCE PARTNERS (UK) LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that material solely to generate your requested output and operate the service. Uploaded reference files are cached only as needed and cleared on a rolling basis, by default within 30 days.
2. Your generated output
Subject to your account being in good standing, you own the run-of-show plans, copy, brand assets and trailers you generate with Marquee, and you may use them for your own events, including commercially. You are responsible for reviewing output and ensuring you have the rights to any names, marks or material it includes.
3. What you may not do
- Claim that generated output is human-authored or professionally certified when it is not.
- Use output in ways that breach our Acceptable Use Policy or infringe third-party rights.
- Resell Marquee templates or the generation service itself as your own tool.
4. Display-only items
Digital badges, tickets and certificates produced by Marquee are visual mockups for display only. They carry no admission or monetary value and must not be presented as valid tickets or paid credentials.
5. Our materials
The Marquee name, software, template systems, example visuals and site content are owned by CONFERENCE PARTNERS (UK) LIMITED and are not transferred to you except as needed to use the assets you generate.
6. Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the service without obligation to you.
